RETURNS/EXCHANGES
TacoCat Creations grants returns or exchanges on a case-by-base basis. All returns or exchanges must be postmarked within 14 days of the purchase date. All returned or exchanged items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

If your product or purchase is deemed acceptable for replacement or exchange, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address:

REFUNDS
After receiving your return/exchange and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return/exchange. Please allow at least 3-5 days from the receipt of your item to process your return/exchange. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

SHIPPING POLICY
All orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
SHIPPING RATES
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
All orders below 16oz packed weight will be shipped First Class USPS. A tracking number will be included with your shipping notification email.

IN-STORE PICKUP
You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at 931 E Main St, Madison, WI. After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 3-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.
To pick up your order, please use the entrance on Brearly St. Use the pin pad to enter #15 to page us and we will let you into the building. Follow the signs to our studio and you can find your order on a shelf outside our doors.
Our in-store pickup hours are 7am-7pm, Seven Days/Week. Please contact us in advance if you would like to pick up your order outside of listed hours.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

HOW DO I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at tacocatcreations@gmail.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at tacocatcreations@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
